Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Lauri Mylläri is a passionate entrepreneur with a lifelong commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Since 2014, his driving mission has been to support people in becoming the best they can be.

With a sales career that began at just 13 years old, Lauri has gained extensive experience across multiple industries, including real estate, sports business, event management, digital marketing, startups, and personnel services. In addition to his professional achievements, he spent over 15 years working with at-risk youth, developing exceptional communication skills and the ability to build deep, lasting trust—qualities that are just as critical in coaching and business as they are in mentorship.

Lauri’s ability to connect, inspire, and lead with empathy and respect naturally led him to Southwestern Consulting, where he now helps professionals elevate their sales, leadership, and professional performance.

Outside of coaching, Lauri is an avid soccer player and fitness enthusiast who enjoys continuous learning in sales, marketing, psychology, and philosophy. Above all, his greatest priority is his family—he is deeply committed to creating a meaningful and fulfilling life for his wife and four children.
